"Tâi-oân Chheng-liân" Tē-sì kòan tē-jī hō hoat-khan-sû /《台灣青年》 第四卷第二號 發刊詞

Tong-kim sî-tāi ê su-sióng sī teh chi-phòe cha̍p-la̍k ek ê jîn-sim, teh sú-iōng saⁿ-cha̍p-jī ek ki ê kha-chhiú. Nā-sī mn̄g kóng siáⁿ-mi̍h sī siōng chhim-khek kah siōng jia̍t-lia̍t, cha̍p lâng tiong-kan ū peh, káu ê sûi-sî hôe-tap kóng sī hô-pêng ê gōan-bōng. Jia̍t-ài hô-pêng, ǹg-bāng hô-pêng ê sim khak-si̍t sī hiān-tāi su-sióng ê te̍k-teng, iú-sú í-lâi chiông-lâi m̄-bat ū kòe hiah-ni̍h cheng-chhái. Tāi-seng, Κok-chè Liân-bêng hōe-gī tng teh kí-hêng, chit-má Thài-pêng-iûⁿ hô-pêng hōe-gī mā teh beh kiat-sok, chiah-ê lóng sī kak-chhéⁿ ê hiān-tāi-lâng ê chin-chiàⁿ lāi-pō͘ hóe-kái ê kū-thé-hòa hiān-siōng.

M̄-koh, ti̍t-kàu tāi-iok sì nî chêng ê sè-kài, tùi si̍t-hiān chit chióng hô-pêng iáu sī chi̍t-phiàn o͘ mà-mà. Ta̍k lâng ēng cheng-ho̍k, ap-pek, chhiúⁿ-to̍at, cheng-tàu kah siû-hūn téng-téng pún-lâi ê sim, kiông-chiá pēng-thun jio̍k-chiá, hó-gia̍h lâng kā sàn-chhiah lâng tòng-chò lô͘-lē, siong-sìn he sī thian-bēng, chun-hōng "le̍k-liōng to̍h sī chèng-gī" ê sìn-tiâu, kah-ná sī pah kúi iā-hêng ê siu-lô-tiûⁿ! Si̍t-chāi ū-kàu khióng-pò͘. Tú chhin-chhiūⁿ chúi tī sit-khì pêng-hêng ê sî liû-tōng só͘ ín-khí ê sôan-o, kòe-khì ê jîn-lūi cheng-tàu ín-khí lán tī bîn-cho̍k chi kan sit-hêng, soah tú-tio̍h khùn-jiáu. M̄-koh, jîn-kháu siuⁿ-kòe chē kah bu̍t-chit bô kàu téng-téng būn-tê, kiám-chhái sī chō-sêng sit-hêng ê tē-jī gôan-in, m̄-koh cho̍at-tùi m̄-sī chú-iàu gôan-in. Kin-kì lán ê sìn-liām, lán lia̍h-chún in-ūi jîn-lūi cheng-tàu só͘ chhut-hiān ê bîn-cho̍k chi kan ê sit-hêng sī chāi tī ta̍k-ê seng-oa̍h tan-goân ê sò͘-chit jio̍k-tiám. Hō͘ lâng ûi-hām ê sī, chhin-chhiūⁿ chúi óng kē ê só͘-chāi lâu, pō-le̍k chí-hiòng jio̍k-chiá ê seng-oa̍h tan-goân thòaⁿ-khui, he sī bô chū-jiân ê.

Án-ne kóng khí-.lâi, lán siōng kiông-tōa ê lí-lūn sī "oân-sêng ka-kī" lâi kiû hô-pêng; he m̄-sī ūi-tio̍h bóan-chiok ka-kī lâi chū-ngó͘ si̍t-hiān, khiok sī ūi-tio̍h sè-kài hô-pêng chū-ngó͘ chhiong-si̍t. Che khak-si̍t sī tong-kim sè-kài siōng tiōng-iàu ê tāi-chì, mā sī jîn-lūi hō͘-siong ê kin-pún su-kiû. Só͘-í, chheng-chhó jīn-bat chit-tiám ê lâng pēng bô í chiâⁿ-chò hiān-tāi-lâng ê miâ lia̍h-chò kiàn-siàu, tio̍h-sǹg ūi-tio̍h án-ne hi-seng ka-kī lâi ūi pa̍t lâng ho̍k-bū ê lâng, to̍h sǹg sī chi̍t-ê hiān-tāi ê sin lâng. Ah, Tâi-oân ê koân soaⁿ sī hiah-ni̍h-á koân, kî-tó lán bē chó͘-chí chit-ê sè-kài tōa-hong, tio̍h-sǹg Tâi-oân chin sè, lán mā tio̍h siong-sìn lán bô khiàm-khoeh chiâⁿ-chò chit chióng sin lâng.

當今時代ê思想是teh支配十六億ê人心,teh使用三十二億支ê腳手。若是問講啥物是siōng深刻kah siōng熱烈,十人中間有八、九个隨時回答講是和平ê願望。熱愛和平,ǹg望和平ê心確實是現代思想ê特徵,有史以來從來m̄-bat有過hiah-ni̍h精彩。Tāi先,國際聯盟會議當teh舉行,chit-má太平洋和平會議mā teh beh結束,chiah-ê lóng是覺醒ê現代人ê真正內部悔改ê具體化現象。

M̄-koh,直到大約四年前ê世界,對實現chit種和平iáu是一片烏mà-mà。Ta̍k人用征服、壓迫、搶奪、爭鬥kah仇恨等等本來ê心,強者併吞弱者,好額人kā sàn-chhiah人當做奴隸,相信he是天命,遵奉「力量to̍h是正義」ê信條,kah-ná是百鬼夜行ê修羅場!實在有夠恐怖。Tú親像水tī失去平衡ê時流動所引起ê旋渦,過去ê人類爭鬥引起咱tī民族之間失衡,soah tú-tio̍h困擾。M̄-koh,人口siuⁿ過chē kah物質無夠等等問題,kiám-chhái是造成失衡ê第二原因,m̄-koh絕對m̄是主要原因。根據咱ê信念,咱掠準因為人類爭鬥所出現ê民族之間ê失衡是在tī ta̍k个生活單元ê素質弱點。Hō͘人遺憾ê是,親像水往kē ê所在流,暴力指向弱者ê生活單元湠開,he是無自然ê。

Án-ne講起來,咱siōng強大ê理論是「完成ka-kī」來求和平;he m̄是為tio̍h滿足ka-kī來自我實現,卻是為tio̍h世界和平自我充實。這確實是當今世界siōng重要ê tāi-chì,mā是人類互相ê根本需求。所以,清楚認bat chit點ê人並無以成做現代人ê名掠做見笑,tio̍h算為tio̍h án-ne犧牲ka-kī 來為別人服務ê人,to̍h 算是一个現代ê新人。Ah,台灣ê koân山是hiah-ni̍h-á koân,祈禱咱bē阻止chit-ê世界大風,tio̍h算台灣真細,咱mā tio̍h相信咱無欠缺成做chit種新人。
